The BOOST System is approved for a Working Load Limit (WLL) of 3000 lbs and supports up to 1100 lbs for Human External Cargo (HEC) operations.

Our Bell 407 kit installs in the original OEM location with no structural modifications. The HEC beam has 3 hook lugs for maximum flexibility. It can be configured from a single centerline hook to dual HEC hooks (as an elementary task).

The BOOST system is compatible with existing hydraulic or mechanical cargo hooks and can be configured with a cyclic mounted dual hydraulic release or a single lever release.  Both are protected by a dual action device to eliminate the risk of an inadvertent release.
